Villa Golden Palm, also known as GPA, is a newly built, 5-bedroom luxury villa on the St Jean hillside above Nikki Beach and Eden Rock. With convenient access to the beach, restaurants and shopping, you'll be able to take a one-minute drive down the hill to the heart of St Jean.

The spacious villa is fully air-conditioned, and multi-level, complete with an upper pool deck and beautiful landscaped garden below. The main living area, comprised of an open concept living room, kitchen and dining, flows seamlessly onto the terrace, making the space perfect for entertaining. The interior, which can be enclosed by sliding glass doors, is decorated in a fun, modern Palm Beach style, with comfortable neutral-colored furnishings, warm woods and whimsical bronze touches. The modern kitchen has a breakfast bar, plus a fully-equipped, professional chef’s kitchen in the back.

On the terrace, plenty of loungers and comfortable seating areas allow your guests to spread out, soak up the sun, take in the view or go for a dip in the large heated infinity pool and jacuzzi. Just below, a state of the art fitness room completes this rockstar villa.

The five bedrooms all have European King-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms, US Satellite and Apple TV, and safes. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are located on the lower floor, both accessed from outside through the garden.
